What to Expect

With Fascial Stretch Therapy®, our Certified Fascial Stretch Therapists will move your body in spiral diagonal patterns, known as stretch waves, paired with traction to access the joint capsule - the deepest level of fascia. Breathing is synchronized with stretch waves for greater efficiency and an additional therapeutic effect. This pain-free therapy allows your body to relax and receive greater benefits without muscular guarding. Trust us, you will LOVE this.

When utilizing Graston Technique®, our Certified Graston Technique Specialists will move stainless steel Graston® instruments over the affected area to break up scar tissue & fascial restrictions. The use of Graston® instruments allows our clinicians to get as deep into the tissue as necessary to invoke change, yet does not have to be painful to achieve optimal results. This treatment will reduce or eliminate adhered fibers, restoring range of motion and eliminating the associated pain. It will help transform your soft tissue injury into healthy functioning tissue. Graston Technique® is the original, gold-standard IASTM technique, and requires the most extensive training for clinical use!

Our clinicians can apply KinesioTape® to your skin in various patterns depending on whether you are trying to relax your muscles, facilitate proper muscle firing, decrease pain, or reduce swelling and inflammation. KinesioTape® can be worn during bathing and water sports (just gently pat dry; do not scrub) & can be worn up to 3 days. If any adverse reactions occur (itchy skin, rash development or discomfort), please remove the tape & notify your therapist.
